01 How do I apply for an EASY SERVE role?
Open a published role and use its secure application form. Submit only the requested information and a PDF or DOC résumé within the stated file-size limit.
02 Where is applicant information stored?
Application records are restricted to authorised HR administrators. Résumés are stored outside the public web directory and downloaded through authenticated admin access.
03 What happens after I apply?
HR reviews the application against the role requirements. Shortlisted candidates may be contacted for the next stage; submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or offer.
04 Can I apply when no suitable role is open?
